If you would like to participate in the Sunflower Fair in downtown La Porte, Indiana, please download and complete the application below.

Artisan Vendors – $100.00 per 10×10 space
Early Bird Special- $75.00 (Deadline: March 29)
Food Vendors

- Electrical Power is available but you are required to bring your own 12 gauge extension cord (100 feet or more).
- Failure to provide a Certificate of Insurance will prohibit (previously mentioned) vendors from participation in the Sunflower Fair.
Food Vendors – $125.00 per 10×10 space
Must submit appropriate paperwork to LaPorte County Health Department before August 30th.
