If you would like to participate in the Sunflower Fair in downtown La Porte, Indiana, please download and complete the application below. Space is limited and given to vendors on a first come first serve basis. This form does not guarantee booth space, space is only guaranteed when payment is received. All entry fees are non-refundable. The Fair does not have a rain date.

There is no guarantee of exclusivity for your business. You are expected to be present and provide your product the entire time of the Fair. Participants must have booth setup for customers by 6:30 a.m. (cst). Fair officially opens at 8:00 a.m. and runs to 4:00 p.m. All exhibitors are responsible for collection of their own sales tax. Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth i.e. table, chairs, props and display items. Participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sunflower Fair, its sponsoring organizations, volunteers and staff from any damages or personal injury to Participant, Participants workers, display and/or merchandise. Participant has read an will comply with the rules an requirements of the sunflower Fair committee an the person completing this form is authorized to execute the release on behalf of the Participant. Sunflower Fair reserves the right to refuse vendors or their products from exhibiting at the event.
